COLOR ME HAPPY - STAMPIN' UP! ARTISAN BLOG HOP

I can't stop playing with Stampin' Up!'s new alcohol markers, Stampin Blends.  They absolutely colour like a dream.  The Color Me Happy Project kit and stamp set work beautifully with the Blends and you can't help but feel like an artist!  The kit features 16 cards, four each of four designs, which are just stunning.  I thought I would change it up a bit and design my own take using only the product in the kit!

I adore the Lantern images in the stamp set and used those as my focus.  I love the Gold Foil tape in the kit and used that to frame my artwork.  Just cut to length, peel the backing and stick - so easy!

 I then challenged myself to make a small box from just one card base!  This box started life as a 4" x 4" card, but I love how cute it turned out once I had finished with it!  I used the Gold Foil tape again around the outside of the lid to tie my projects together.

Inside the box is a little (very little lol) chocolate bar.  A sweet treat in a sweet box!
