Anyway, the Bokeh technique is not new to me, as it is popping up all over the internet, but it is a real favourite of mine! I enjoyed showing our camp ladies how to achieve this soft, out of focus look on a card. A bonus of attending the camp is the exclusive tutorials you get, this card being one of them. The Bokeh technique is very easy to achieve. This is how I do it:
1. Sponge colours of choice on Whisper White cardstock.
2. Punch two or three sizes of circles from a Window Sheet.
3. Using a sponge or dauber, apply White craft ink through the circle mask you have just punched.
Take care no to smudge the white ink as it takes some time to dry. I also used the tip of the dauber to apply ink in a more concentrated area.
