SHARING THE LOVE - STAMP TO SHARE BLOG HOP

During May, Stampin' Up! have a fabulous promotion of brand new product for customers with the Share What You Love Suite.  You can choose from three different bundles depending on your budget!

From left to right:  Just Getting Started Bundle - $119.75, A little More, Please Bundle - $192.50, Gotta Have It All Bundle - $268.28 and a bonus bundle of the new In Colours Ink Pads - $70.75.  Use the May Host Code: Q976363Z when you Shop Online with me!

The Stamp to Share Design Team are excited to share their fabulous ideas to show just why you need this gorgeous suite in your stash!

I never have enough Thank You cards in my stash, so I used the smallest flower in the Love What You Do stamp set to create a wreath in which to frame the Thank You sentiment.  I used a template in my Stamparatus as a guide for my stamping, so the wreath is perfectly symmetrical!  If you aren't confident in your colouring skills, then you can do what I did and use the watercolor images in the set to "colour" in your flowers.  I love the rustic look.

I carried the same flower images and colours to the inside of my card as well.  Copper embossing and edged ribbon added just a touch of bling and sparkle to the card.

SIMPLY THE BEST - CREATING KINDNESS BLOG HOP

Welcome to the May Blog Hop with the Creating Kindness Design Team.  This month we have special guest artist Carolina Evans from Australia joining us!  I have even had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lady at one of Stampin' Up!'s amazing events a couple of years ago and I can't wait to see what she brings to the hop.  I know it will be amazeballs!

The theme for this month is very broad - Technique.  There you have it and take your pick!  I went with the No Line Stamping technique.  This technique allows the inner artist in you to come out, as it truly doesn't look like a stamped image!

To create this look, you just need to stamp in a really light colour, such as Sahara Sand, as I did on this card.  Using the lines as your guide, you can then watercolour each image.  As you do, the lines become part of the image, rather than standing in stark relief.  I have used a lovely new stamp set called Varied Vases which will be available in the new 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! catalogue, June 1st.

Head on over to the delightful Lou Kitzelman to see which technique she has in store for you!
