Welcome to the Onstage Display Stamper Artisan blog hop where a few of us, who were Display Stampers or Presenters at our local Onstage Stampin' Up! events last weekend, are featuring the samples we made using brand new product that will be in the new 2017-2018 Stampin' Up! catalogue. You have probably just arrived from Martha Inchley. If you are just starting here, hit the "Next" button at the end of this post to continue on the hop. You won't want to miss a thing!
What can I say about the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack except - LOVE!! I know many of my crafty friends have just been waiting for a DSP like this. This 6" x 6" paper stack has 48 pages, 4 each of 12 double sided designs. We have texture, we have washes, we have veneers. Everything has been covered! And doesn't it work well with product we already have available? I have used Guy Greetings for this very masculine card today.
I adore the photo realistic images this DSP has to offer. When used with the Wood Crate Framelits, you can see both sides of the DSP which gives the crate an authentic feel. I have used this wonderful log pile image on my background and mimicked it with the Layering Circle and Stitched Shapes framelits, keeping the artwork simple on this rather busy card. I have also used another new product in the loose weave Copper Trim I have tied on the card.
Let's head on over to Shannon Lane to see what goodness she has for us today!
