SINGLE LAYER SYMPATHY

I thought I would try to make a card that had no layers, bling, or accessories of any kind.  I have simply used a card base of Whisper White.

I love how this has turned out!  The only other thing I used besides ink and stamps, was heat embossing for the snow on the tree.

Luckily for me, Lovely as a Tree is a set that is not retiring!  But plenty of others are!  Be sure to check out my Specials and Promotions page for the Last Chance List and get your orders in to me before time runs out and they disappear forever!

  1. Really love this Paula, it's gorgeous. I like the simplicity, it's so easy to get carried away at times with lots of layers.

  8. It's hard to believe that this is only one layer Paula. It is truly a very effective and beautiful card. Love, love the graduations of colours you got behind the tree!

  9. Wow Paula! This is so very beautiful.
Do you think you could do a tutorial for us "not so talented" ones?
Amazingly I don't have LAAT, each year I think about getting it and don't because I think it's going to retire. Well it is going on my next order (so sorry, that means it will retire next year).
